Deposit Information:
The security deposit is almost always $300 per person in the apartment.  If their is one, the deposit is $300, if their is two people in a one bedroom apartment the deposit would be $600.  An additional deposit may be required for pets.

The security deposit is a deposit that is held to make sure you pay rent ontime, and leave the apartment in as good of condition as it was when you moved in.  You will recieve it within 60 days of the end of your lease, or 90 days if you have a pet.  Most of my apartments are NOT pet friendly.



Trash Pickup Days:
Trash must be placed in clear bags.  Recycling is free!

Thursday-Trash pickup for all large metal hook box dumpsters. (no stickers needed for these containers only)
